Simone Alyse '14 in Stokely and Martin

Catch Simone Alyse ’14 as Coretta Scott King in Stokely and Martin, a new play by Najee Brown, presented this upcoming weekend at the Multicultural Arts Center in Cambridge, MA.

Stokely and Martin brings to life an imagined conversation between two Civil Rights icons: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Stokely Carmichael. Set against the turbulent backdrop of the late 1960s, the play imagines a rare private meeting in which the two leaders confront their ideological differences.
