Saehyun Kim '24 Wins Long-Thibaud-Crespin International Competition
Saehyun was awarded the First Grand Prize and three special prizes (Audience Prize, Prize of the Press Jury, and the Prize of the City of Paris Conservatories) at France's Long-Thibaud-Crespin International Competition. Saehyun won with his rendition of Rachmaninoff's Concerto No. 3, Op. 30, with the Orchestra of the Republican Guard, conducted by Bastien Stil.
As part of his win, Saehyun will be invited to perform at the Concert de Paris on July 14, and at festivals including the Opéra de Monte Carlo, Piano à Aix-en-Provence, Gstaad New Year Music Festival, Association Chopin de Lyon, Opéra Royal du Château de Versailles, and many more.
