Writing, Film & Media Arts faculty member Ronán Noone is the writer of The Smuggler, opening later this month Off-Broadway! The play won an Elliot Norton Award for Outstanding Solo Performance after its 2019 run at Boston Playwrights’ Theatre, and earned Ronán the Best Playwright Award at the 1st Irish Theatre Festival of New York.

The Smuggler starts performances next Wednesday, January 18 at the Irish Repertory Theatre.
