Tommy Mesa '08 Awarded the 2023 Sphinx Medal of Excellence

On Wednesday, March 1, cellist Tommy Mesa ’08 was one of three people awarded the 2023 Sphinx Medal of Excellence! This is the highest honor given by the Sphinx Organization (@sphinxorg), which is dedicated to transforming lives through the power of diversity in the arts.

Many congratulations to Tommy and his fellow honorees: soprano Aundi Marie Moore and composer Joel Thompson!
