Community Academy

Summer Programs
- String Quartet Intensive
  The Walnut Hill String Quartet Intensive provides advanced young string players (ages 12–18) an exceptional week of coachings, masterclasses and a private lesson with inspiring faculty dedicated to each students’ growth.
- Summer Voice Intensive
  Young singers, ages 12 to 16, are invited to join our expert faculty to explore classical art song and lyrical musical theater repertoire in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Evren Ozel '17 Receives Avery Fisher Career Grant

We are happy to share that pianist Evren Ozel ’17 is one of five recipients of this year’s Avery Fisher Career Grant! These grants are designed to give professional assistance and recognition to talented instrumentalists who have great potential for major careers in classical music. Evren is currently studying in the Master of Music program at New England Conservatory, where he has been a student of Wha Kyung Byun since 2014.
