The goal of the Summer Visual Art program is to provide students with greater depth of study than may be available in their school-year curriculum or in a summer camp setting. Surrounded by other passionate and talented artists, our students grow creatively, intellectually, and technically during their time at Walnut Hill. Our accomplished faculty seeks to help students develop their interest in visual art through instruction in drawing, painting, photography, and new media. Students will spend two weeks on the Walnut Hill campus, then 1 week visiting Rome and the Italian coast.
