The 2008 Opera Scholarship Competition

Each year, Walnut Hill invites young vocalists to submit an application and audition for the Opera Scholarship Competition. In recognition of the importance of opera education at the high-school level, the Summer Opera Scholarship Competition honors one student who has demonstrated significant talent, artistic awareness, and musical achievement in the art of vocal performance.

Walnut Hill School congratulates the 2008 Opera Scholarship winner:

As in years past, the 2008 winner will receive a full scholarship to attend the Walnut Hill Summer Opera Program, a unique, summer experience dedicated to the development of vocalists through intensive training and study.
