Where can a Walnut Hill education take you?
Walnut Hill prepares dance students to select from a wide variety of paths for their post-high school development. We encourage students to pursue a range of options, which might include college or university programs, conservatories, professional companies, and trainee/ apprenticeships. Our special partnerships with Ballet Austin and The Boston Conservatory add to the array of possibilities for future study. The majority of students who plan to audition for companies during their senior year also submit applications to colleges. Students are encouraged to also develop alternate plans should they decide not to pursue the professional route or suffer an injury.
