The Fitness Center is located in the Academic and Technology Center (ATC) and is currently open to all students, faculty, and staff. The students can work directly with the Fitness Coordinator to develop and initiate programs specific to their fitness/health goals. Hours are posted each semester and updates are posted as needed. There are a variety of classes, including muscle-specific training, core training, circuit and strength training, and yoga. Outdoor seasonal classes are available, including: soccer, ultimate Frisbee, basketball, and running/conditioning. The Fitness Center currently has six pieces of cardio equipment, free weights, stability equipment, and a complete Nautilus trainer. Students must fulfill a fitness requirement by exercising a minimum of 30 minutes three times a week.
